Thai Peanut Chicken With Catalina Dressing

This Thai Peanut Chicken can be serve with chili garlic sauce, peanut butter and also catalina dressing. You can eat it with boiled rice. Spicy nice.

Thai-peanut-chicken 1

Boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
225 gm spaghetti, uncooked
10 oz chicken broth
2 cup broccoli florest
1 cup carrot, in thin slices
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 cup water

Ingredients for Catalina Dressing:
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp copped onion
Pinch of celery
Pinch of paprika
salad oil
Salt to taste


How To Make:
1. Mix in a bowl, all the ingredients to make catalina sauces
2. Take 2 tablespoons Catalina dressing, place in a saucepan, add water, put the chicken and cook until the water seeped into all and cooked chicken pieces.
3. Then add the rest of Catalina sauce, chicken broth, soy sauce, peanut butter, and spaghetti. Cook until boiling.
4. Enter the broccoli and carrots into spaghetti dish, combine the chicken and let it boil.
5. Serve.
