Healthy snacks from the Simple Daily Recipes.

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup flour
2 eggs
3 cups oats
1 cup butter
One cup brown sugar
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make:
1. Preheat oven in temperature 350F degrees
2. Except flour, oats and raisins. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and beat with an electric mixer in medium speed.
3. Then enter the flour, oats and raisins. Stir well.
4. Make round flat dough, place on baking sheet.
5. Bake in oven about 9-11 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately lift and ready to eat.
