Steak Teriyaki

Two methods of  this steak, you can either grill or pan-fry this steak. It can be serve for 4  plate.

Ingredients:
Skirt Steak or Flank Steak
olive oli
1/3 cup sake
1/3 cup mirin rice wine
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp grated ginger

How To Make:
1. Mirin, sake, soy sauce, sugar and grated ginger. Placed in a large bowl and mix them.
2. Place the steak into the marinade for at least an hour. If you do marinating for more than an hour, its better if you keep them chilled.
3. Remove staek from marinade when ready to cook. Place steak on a plate, and place the marinade in a saucepan. Boil the marinade for 10 minutes until reduced to a thin glaze. It become the teriyaki sauce.
4. Grill the steak with high heat. Rub a little olive oil all over it. When the steak is well searde on both sides, remove and let rest.
5. Slice the steak following the grain.
6. Arrange on a plate, and pour teriyaki sauce all over the steak.
