
Ingredients:
3 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
185 gr unsalted butter
150 gr flour, sifted
150 gr of white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

How To make:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Place in a bowl: eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Beat using a mixer.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Beat until well blended.
4. In the batter of flour, add butter and half of egg mixture. Whisk in the low speed. Then gradually add speed mixer, to make the dough expands. And gradually, add the remaining egg mixture.
5. After the dough expands, put it in a dish that has been buttered and lined cookie sheet.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 55-65 minutes, or until cakes are golden brown. Chill for about 10 minutes, then remove from the plate, and ready to be served.
