
Ingredients:
2 pounds small shrimp (already cooked)
1/2 pounds orecciette pasta (or other short pasta)
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup basil leaves, choppped
1 tsp red chile flakes
1 tsp lemon zest
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
Kosher Salt
Black pepper to taste.

How To Make:
1. Cook pasta in water mixed with salt, until al dente. Then rinse pasta with cold water. Drain.
2. Rinse shrimp and drain.
3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Then add the pasta and shrimp in a mixture of spices. Stir well.
4. Serve to 8 servings as appetizer (4 as main course).
