
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
100 g cheddar cheese, grated
50 g parsley, chopped
1 egg, slightly whisked
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 plain yogurt
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees
2. Grease a muffin tin with oil
3. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add cheese, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir until well blended.
4. In another bowl, combine egg, melted butter and yogurt. Kosok until well blended. Then pour this liquid mixture to the flour mixture. Stir until blended.
5. Pour batter into muffin tin, until the limit of 3 / 4 full.
6. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until golden muffins.
