
Ingredients:
1 boneless chicken
2 cups uncooked egg noodle
6 cups chicken broth
1 large parsnip, peeled and chopped
1 cup carrots, halved crosswise
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsbp pepper
1/4 cup snipped fresh dill

How To make:
1. In a large saucepan, combine broth, chicken, celery, onions, white onions, sweet potatoes, carrots, bay leaf and pepper. Cover and bring to a boil. Cook until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.
2. Take the chicken, place in a dish, let cool.
3. Add the noodles into the soup broth, bring to a boil.
4. Torn chicken with your hands or a fork, then add into the soup along with dill.
5. Ready to serve.
