
Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak
2 green onion, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp rice wine
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water

How To Make:
1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a skillet. Saute garlic and ginger. Add soy sauce, rice wine, brown sauce and water. Larukan hinga into the sauce thickens. Then add the red pepper pieces. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
2. Cut steak in thick slices.
3. Marinate sliced beef with cornstarch, let stand for 10 minutes.
4. Heat the oil in a skillet, fry the beef. Once cooked, remove and drain.
5. Reduce the oil in a skillet. Add the green onion and medium onion, saute until fragrant, then enter the steak. Stir well. Cook until sauce boils.
6. Serve for two servings.
