Butterscotch Pudding

Butterscotch Pudding
Ingredients:
1 cup dark brown sugar
3 cup low-fat milk
1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanila
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup cornstarch

How To Make:
1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan. Add 2 cups of milk. Stir with a whisk until blended.
2. Cook the above mixture until small bubbles form at edge of pan.
3. In another bowl, combine 1 cup milk, eggs and egg yolks. Stir.
4. Gradually, enter the egg and milk mixture into the pan. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
5. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla. Stir.
6. Place the pan in a large place filled with ice, until the dough cools, while occasionally stirring.
7. Serve with whipped cream as toppings.
