
Ingredients:
2 cup calamari sliced into rings
2 cup flour, all-purpose
2 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp whole butter
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup diced tomatoes
3/4 cup sliced mild banana peppers
1/4 cup chopped scallions
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil for frying

How To Make:
1. Clean the Calamari, then soak into the buttermilk for two hours. After that, drain.
2. Mix flour with salt and pepper. Marinate the Calamari rings with flour, separate rings, one by one.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry calamari until golden brown. Set aside.
4. In another pan, heat 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the peppers and tomatoes.
5. Add lemon juice, remaining butter and chopped scallions. Stir until blended. Finally, add the Calamari, mix with seasonings. Ready to serve.
