
Ingredients:
1/2 pounds ground pork
1 pounds ground beef
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp instant tapioca6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp lemon zest
3 tbsp olive oil
3 springs fresh oregano, choped
3 springs parsley, chopped

How To Make:
1. In a large bowl, combine the meat, half the onion, half the garlic, half the red pepper, tapioca, lemon zest, and 1 tablespoon water. Chill for 1 hour.
2. By using a food processor, crush campura flesh until smooth. Then the form of spheres meatballs. Set aside.
3. In a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat. Fry meatballs until golden.
4. In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Saute the remaining onion and garlic until fragrant. Add broth, 3 cups of water. Add remaining red pepper, oregano and parsley. Bring to a boil. Then filter. Then re-heat over medium heat.
5. Enter meatballs into the spiced sauce, simmer until cooked meatballs.
6. Serve hot.
