
Ingredients:
12 ounce beef top-loin steak
2 tbsp butter or cooking oil
a half of yellow sweet pepper, cut into stripe
a half of green sweet pepper, cut into stripe
a half of red sweet pepper, cut into stripe
0.6 ounce au jus gravy
Peppers, cracked

How To Make:
1. Coat each side of the meat with cracked pepper.
2. Grilled steak with an open grill.
3. In medium skillet, heat the oil or butter, then saute the yellow pepper, red pepper and green pepper until wilted.
4. Staek Serve with hot plate, add peppers and stir gravy au juice.
