
Ingredients:
400 ml soy milk
150 g oatmeal
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons pecans, chopped
3 tablespoons peanut makadamai, chopped
3 tablespoons pumpkin seed
3 tablespoons raisins
How To Make:
1. Combine maple syrup and soy milk, stir well. Refrigerate until serving time.
2. In a skillet, combine the oats, nuts makadamia, pecan and pumpkin seeds. Roasted briefly over low heat, until fragrant.
3. Place the oatmeal mixture into serving bowls, flush with soy milk that has been cooled.
4. Serve.
