
Ingredients:
6 straw mushroom, thinly sliced
10 peas, sliced diagonal
150 g tofu, diced
100 g carrots, diced
750 ml chicken broth
3 tablespoons miso, Japanese seasoning
2 stalks green onions, sliced diagonal
How To Make:
1. Boil chicken broth.
2. Boil carrots until half-cooked in broth.
3. Add peas, tofu and straw mushrooms. Boil briefly.
4. Add miso, stirring until well blended.
5. Serve with a sprinkling of green onions.
