
Ingredients:
190 ml evaporated milk
280 g wheat flour
200 g sugar
5 eggs
2 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make:
1. In one place, combine milk, coffee, vanilla and baking soda, mix evenly. Set aside.
2. Beat eggs and sugar until white and fluffy.
3. Add milk mixture gradually, while stirring until blended.
4. Then add the flour and baking powder mixture that has been in the sifter. Stir until well blended.
5. Pour in muffin tins that have been lined with baking paper, until three quarters full.
6. Steam for 40 minutes or until cooked.
7. Remove from mold and serve.
