
Ingredients:
57 g light cream cheese, softened
60 ml light sour cream
3 eggs
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp biscuit mix
2 tbsp ground almond
1 tsp almod flavouring
2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder

How To Make:
1. In a medium bowl, beat light cream cheese, light sour cream, melted butter, eggs and almond flavouring, until smooth.
2. In another bowl, combine biscuit mix, ground almond, granulated sugar and baking powder.
3. Add cream cheese mixture on the biscuit bowl. Stir well.
3. Preheat waffle iron. Pour batter onto grassed waffle iron. Using about 1/3 cup for each waffle.
4. Cook until golden brown, approximately 6 minutes.
5. Repeat for remaining batter.
