
Ingredients:
150 gr grated cassava
100 gr grated coconut
125 gr flour
150 gr margarine melted
100 gr sugar
200 ml coconut milk
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

How to Make:
1. Preheat oven on 300F degrees
2. Mix flour with baking powder and vanilla, set aside.
3. Beat eggs and sugar at high speed until the sugar destroyed and a thick, reduce the speed mixer, enter the flour mixture gradually until exhausted.
4. Add grated cassava and grated coconut, stir well.
5. Add the margarine and coconut milk, beat with high speed for 20 seconds, lift the mixer.

6. Remove from heat and serve with cut up.
