
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds white potatoes or small red potatoes
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 200C degrees.
2. Cut the potatoes into two or four pieces, and place in a bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic. Stir until the potatoes are completely coated.
3. Transfer the potatoes to the pan and arrange in rows. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to an hour or until browned and crispy colored.
4. Turn each slice potatoes using splatula twice during baking to ensure uniform cooking.
5. Remove the potatoes from the oven. Sprinkle with parsley and season to taste.
6. Serve while hot.
