
Ingredients:
4 potatoes,peeled and cubed
8 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3/4 cup shreded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup cubed ham
1/2 onion, sliced
salt to taste
Pepper to taste

How To Make:
1. In a large saucepan, boil water with salt. Add potatoes and cook until cooked. Drain and chill.
2. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
3. In an iron skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Saute garlic until fragrant.
4. Stir the eggs, add potatoes, ham, salt and pepper. Cook until eggs cooked on the bottom.
5. Cover the top dengankeju grated, and place in oven until cheese melts, and eggs really hard.
