140 g dried noodles
4 cherry tomatoes
2 fresh curry leaves
4 tbsp frozen peas
4 tsp balti curry paste
How To Make:
1. Boil 600ml water in a saucepan. Add curry paste and noodles. Cook in 2 minutes, while stirring to separate the noodles.
2. Add tomatoes, peas and curry leaves. Cook 2-3 minutes.
3. Serve immediately while hot.
