Ingredients:
8 chicken drumstick, skin on
1 garlic cloves, peeled and bruised
1 small chili peppers, slit open and seeds removed
1 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp sugar

How To Make:
1. Except for the chicken, put all ingredients into a saucepan, bring to a boil over high heat.
2. Once boiling, reduce heat and take all the garbage that rise to the surface.
3. Reheat, then add chicken drumstick, and cook until the water run out and becomes a thick sauce.
4. Arrange chicken on serving plates, pour sauce on top.
6. Serve with rice.
