
Ingredients:
3 lb sirloin steak, cut in cubes
10 bamboo skewers
Marinade:
3 chopped cloves garlic
3 tsp grated ginger
4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp spice powder
2 tsp chili flakes
2 tbsp peanut oil
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar

How To Make:
1. Soak skewers in cold water for 1 hour.
2. Mix all marinade ingredients, then take 1 / 4 cup of marinade for kebabs spreads.
3. Combine the beef pieces into the marinade mixture. Stir well, then chill for 4-5 hours.
4. Preheat a barbecue grill at 375F degrees.
5. Placed the beef on bamboo skewers.
6. Roast the beef on grill that has been oiled, while occasionally smeared with the marinade.
