
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked rice
6 oz roasted peppers
8 oz cheddar chesse, shredded
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
3/4 cup water
gound black pepper to taste
salt to taste

How To Make:
1. Cut the roasted peppers, and cook in a saucepan with boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove and drain.
2. Cook rice according to rules.
3. In a skillet, heat the butter, add onion and garlic. Add the cheddar cheese, stir until well blended.
4. Add rice, salt and pepper. Stir well.
5. Spoon batter into the cavity of roasted peppers. Press, try to fill in as much as possible.
6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
7. Heat the oil in a skillet, cook the peppers until golden.
