Fish Cake Recipes

Ingredients:
200 g cooked fish
1 egg
2 cups mashed potato
1 cup toasted breadcrumbs
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp water
small handful finely chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Spray Oil

How To Make:
1. In a bowl, Flake the fish.
2. Add mashed potato, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well.
