
Ingredients:
1 lb cod fish fillet
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
Paprika to taste

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Mix the butter and lemon juice.
3. In another bowl, mix flour, salt and white pepper.
4. Dip fish in butter mixture, then gulungkan in flour mixture. Place fish in pan.
5. Pour remaining butter mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
6. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
7. Serve with parsley garnish and lemon slices.
