
Ingredients:
2 eggs, lightly beaten
6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
10 g butter
15 g shaving of Wensleydale cheese
1 slice of granary toast
Chives for garnish

How To Make:
1. Heat a non-stick skillet.
2. Pour the egg in a frying pan, cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
3. Stir the eggs gently, add the tomatoes on top and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and chives.
5. Fold the omelette, and serve with toasted bread.
