
Ingredients:
4 egg whites
8 sliced bread
1 cup low-fat milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon

How To Make:
1. In a bowl, beat egg white.
2. Add milk, vanilla and cinnamon, while continuing to be shaken.
3. Slice the bread, dip in egg mixture until coated on both sides.
4. Heat a frying pan, pour a little oil. Cook the bread in a skillet until browned on both sides.
5. Or, toast the bread in the oven, with the occasional reversed.
6. Serve.
