
Ingredients:
4 frozen cod portion
3 tomatoes
8 black olives, pitted and halved
55 g mozarella cheese (or cheddar)
2 tbsp fresh chopped chives
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
2. In a heat-resistant side, place the cod fish, then add tomatoes, olives and chives.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
5. Serve with potato wedges, sweetcorn and salad.
