
Ingredients:
300 g lean beef mince
225 g can kidney beans, drained
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, desseded and chopped
1 tub fresh salsa dip

How To Make:
1. With non-stick skillet, saute onion, pepper and beef mince, until golden and tender.
2. Add beans and salsa, and also add a little water. Cover and cook until thickened.
3. Serve with rice or tortillas.
