Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients:
1 egg
480 ml whole milk
120 ml heavy whipping cream
65 gr granulated sugar
2 1/2 tbsp tapioca
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

How To Make:
1. In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, salt, sugar, tapioca, and eggs. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
2. Add the vanilla extract. Stir.
3. Lift the dough and let the liquid cool.
4. After chilling, stir in pudding and pour in a cup serving.
5. Cover and refrigerate.
6. Garnish with whipped cream or chopped nuts.
