
Ingredients:
1 box pasta (any kind)
1 small sweet onion, diced
1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup baconnaise
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp bacon salt
Pepper to taste

How To Make:
1. In a saucepan, combine water and salt bacon. Bring to a boil.
2. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain.
3. Take 1/4 cup pasta water. Set aside.
4. In a non-stick skillet, saute onion, garlic and bacon salt. Add ground beef, and pepper. Cook, in stir until well blended.
5. Add cheese. Stir again.
6. Place pasta in serving dish, pour meat mixture on top. Then add baconnaise.
7. Serve with a sprinkling of salt bacon.
8. If you want gravy, add the pasta water.
