
Ingredients:
1 can conseded cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup uncooked rice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon rind

How To Make:
1. In a saucepan, combine chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Stir until well blended.
2. Add rice, chicken, lemon juice and lemon rind. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat, cover and leave to soften the rice.
