
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh lump crabmeat
1 egg, beaten
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 slices white bread, crust remove and diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

How To Make:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, make the dough into 4-5 pieces, place them in a flat container, cover and chill about 1 hour.
2. Meanwhile, preheat the grill.
3. Place dough on grill that has been oiled. Grill until golden and crisp on both sides.
4. Remove from grill, serve with tartar sauce.
