
Ingredients:
100 g caster sugar
125 g tub natural goat’s milk yoghurt
250 g plain flour
10 g bar milk orange chocolate, chopped into chunk
75 g butter, melted and cooled
120 ml milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp finely-grated orange rind
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees, prepare 12 muffin tins.
2. Sift flour with salt, baking powder and sugar.
3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, yogurt, melted butter and orange rind. Stir.
4. Combine the wet ingredients into flour mixture. Stir lightly.
5. Add the chopped chocolate, stirring until smooth again, until no lumps of flour.
6. Spoon batter into muffin tin.
7. Roast in oven for 20 minutes. Pick up and ready to be served.
