Baked Egg Custard Recipes

Ingredients:
2 eggs, lightly beaten
40 g caster sugar
450 ml milk
Few drops vanilla essence
A little grated nutmeg

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. In a little saucepan, pour the milk, sugar and vanilla essence, bring to a boil.
3. After that, add the eggs, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat, strain the mixture, pour into a heat resistant inggan.
5. Sprinkle a little nutmeg, then bake for 60 minutes.
6. Served with canned fruit.
