Garlic Bread Topped With Crab Meat and Spinach Recipes

Ingredients:
1 lb loaf fresh garlic bread, sliced

Ingredients For The Topping:
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 scallions, sliced
1 fresh lump crabmeat
1 eggs, lightly whisked
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, squeezed of all liquid
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp seafood seasoning, Old Bay, adjust to taste

Garnish:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
oil, to drizzle

How To Make:
1. Preheat the oven to bake.
2. Arrange all the slices of bread on a hot dish in one layer. Bake until golden.
3. For topping, combine all ingredients, stirring until smooth.
4. Brush the top of the bread with topping dough.
5. Sprinkle with cheese and a drizzle of oil, and bake again for a moment, until golden.
