
Ingredients:
400 g can red kidney beans
600 g carton beef and vegetable soup
Pinch of chilli flakes
Handfull chopped flatleaf parsley (optional)
2 leeks
1 tbsp olive oil

How To Make:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Saute green onions until soft.
3. Add the chilli flakes, then add beef and vegetable soup. Bring to a boil.
4. Wash and drain beans. Mash roughly with a fork. Then add in the pan. Bring to a boil and thickens.
5. Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.
