
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo
2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup honey

How To Make:
1. In a large bowl, combine the garlic, honey, chili pepper and salt. Add shrimp, stirring until blended. Cover and soak for 20 minutes.
2. After that lift from the marinade and drain.
3. With a skewer, thread the shrimp from tail to head. Total per puncture according to taste.
4. Grill over coals for 2-4 minutes, until both sides cooked.
5. Serve with a sprinkling of chopped coriander leaves.
