Asparagus Omelet

Asparagus Omelet Recipes

Ingredients:
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 lb of asparagus, break off tough ends
2 tablespoons of butter
1 garlic clove, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
2 tbsp of milk
1/2 tsp of salt
fresh basil, chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

How To Make:
1. Cut asparagus 1 inch. Cook in boiling water mixed with salt until tender. Drain.
2. Heat the butter in the pan-stick. Saute garlic and spices until soft. Lift, set aside.
3. In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, basil, salt and pepper. Whisk until blended.
4th. Heat the remaining butter, seal the entire surface of pan with butter. Enter the egg mixture, evenly across the surface of the pan. Simmer until cooked both sides.
5. After a hard-boiled eggs, place the asparagus and onions on one side of the egg, fold the other side of the egg over the vegetables.
6. Serve.
