Fried Fish Slice Recipes

250 g grass crap
30 g egg white
30 g oil
10 g wheat flour
4 g starch
3 g ginger
3 g onions
2 g wine sauce
2 g salt
2 g MSG
2 g sesame oil
1 g hot pepper
1 g pepper

How To Make:
1. Take a carp meat, place in bowl. Add salt, MSG, wine, hot pepper, sesame oil, garlic and ginger.
2. Add eggs, stirring until bubbly. Add wheat flour, stirring until well blended.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet. Spoon batter into pan. Fry until golden brown. Repeat until all dough is exhausted.
4th. Arrange in a serving dish, sprinkle with the salt, and pepper. Serve.
