Ingredients:
4 oz of unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
6 large rip strawberries
1 cup of icing sugar for icing
1 1/2 cups of self raising flour
3/4 cup of caster sugar
1-2 drops of pink food coloring
1-2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of vanilla essence

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Prepare cupcake tins, cover with baking paper.
3. Sift flour, tampatkan in a large bowl.
4. Add butter, eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla essence. Use an electric mixer, beat until smooth.
5. Spoon batter into cupcake tins.
6. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
7. Make a strawberry icing: mash all the strawberries with a fork, mix with sugar icing, put 1-2 drops of food coloring and lemon juice.
8. Serve cupcakes with strawberry icing spread on top.
