Ingredients:
1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp
4 cups small broccoli florets
1 cup vertically sliced onion
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp canola oil, divided
1 tbsp minced peeled fresh ginger
1 tbsp bottled minced garlic
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

How To Make:
1. Sprinkle shrimp with salt.
2. In a bowl, combine the chicken broth, rice vinegar, soy sauce, cornstrach, sesame oil and red pepper. Stir well.
3. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet, saute ginger and garlic. Add shrimp, cook until pink. Remove the shrimp mixture from pan, set aside.
4. Add oil in a skillet. Enter the broccoli and onion, saute until crispy brokoi.
5. Add shrimp mixture, add the broth mixture, cook until thickened.
