Ingredients:
4 eggs
400 g fresh spinach
100 g Basil, parmesan & tomato butter
8-12 slices French stick

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 190C degrees.
2. Wash the spinach, leave the thick stalk. Then enter in a large saucepan, cook until wilted. Drain.
3. Put back the spinach into the pan, add a quarter of the butter, stir in spinach until shimmering.
4. For the spinach into four pieces, place in a heat proof bowl. Add the eggs in each of spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Top with a piece of butter.
5. Bake for 12 minutes, until egg is cooked.
6. Meanwhile, French toast stick, spread with a little butter, baked until crisp.
7. Serve spinach with toast.
