1 serrano chile
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp bottled ground fresh ginger
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp bottled minced garlic
1 tsp peanut oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Ingredients For Salad:
4 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage
3 cups shredded cooked turkey
1 cup red bell pepper strips
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 tbsp dry-roasted peanuts, chopped

How To Make:
1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a blender, process until smooth.
2. Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Pour dressing over salad, stir all ingredients until coated.
