Ingredients:
300 ml double cream
150 ml milk
55 g caster sugar
55 g raisins
8 slices raisin loaf
3 eggs
2 tbsp rum or brandy
1 tsp grated lemon rind

How To Make:
1. Panasakan oven to 325F degrees.
2. Prepare a hot dish, spread with butter.
3. Spread the chopped raisins with butter.
4. Arrange half the bread on the plate, sprinkle with raisins and orange rind. Then place the remaining bread on top.
5. Beat eggs with cream, sugar, milk and brandy. Then pour over bread lapiran. Let stand for 30 minutes.
6. Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown bread.
