Ingredients:
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups polenta or coarsely ground yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp salt
Honey or pure maple syrup, warmed

How To Make:
1. In a saucepan, boil the water. Add salt. Let it remain boiling.
2. Add the polenta, aduk2 with a wooden spoon. Cook until polenta is thick.
3. For butter. Cut into small pieces. Take part, combine the polenta, stirring until they melt. then add the dried cranberries.
4. Take the bread pan, pour the polenta mixture into the bread pan, evenly. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate overnight.
5. After overnight (or 3 days), lift bread from pan, transfer to a flat surface. Cut into pieces according to your tastes.
6. Melt the butter in a frying pan, put pieces of polenta, fried until golden brown on both sides.
7. Serve warm with honey or maple syrup.
