Ingredients:
5 eggs
400 g unsalted butter (softened)
3 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp light corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp coconut extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
2. In a saucepan, take 4 tablespoons sugar, cocoa powder, water and corn syrup. Cook until sugar has dissolved in the syrup. After it was cooled at room temperature. Add baking soda, stir well and set aside.
3. In a bowl, beat butter until smooth. , And gradually add remaining sugar. Beat again until the dough becomes very thick.
4.Ayak flour together with baking powder and salt. Add the eggs one by one into the batter, beat until well blended.
5. Slow speed, alternately add flour mixture and coconut into the batter. Until all mixed well.
6. Grab a cup of batter, mix with cocoa syrup.
7. Fold the coconut flakes into remaining batter. Then alternately, pour batter in pan.
8. Bake for 80-90 minutes.
