Ingredients:
4 veal steaks
1 egg, beaten lightly
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup of plain flour
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp of butter

How To make:
1. Discard the membrane of the whole steak. Then create neat pieces.
2. Sprinkle flour on a steak. Then dip the steak into the egg mixture and milk. Then roll in breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil and butter in large skillet. Fry steaks until light golden brown crumb. Drain.
4. Serve with greens salad.
