Ingredients:
15 jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 2-inch x 1/2-inch x 1/4-inch strips
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

How To Make:
1. Place the cheese in each pepper, which has been split.
2. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bacon.
3. Roast the peppers, cover and leave until pepper is tender and cheese melted.
4. Serve warm.
