Ingredients:
400 g frying beef steak, cut into strips
50 g unsalted cashews nuts
150 ml beef stock
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp low-fat fromage frais
2 tbsp horseradish sauce
1 large head broccoli , broken into florets
4 sticks celery , sliced

How To Make:
1. Heat the oil in a skillet, add beans and stir. Set aside.
2. Season with pepper strips, stir-fry over high heat, until golden. Set aside along with the beans.
3. Enter the broccoli and celery into a pan, pour the stock, cover and simmer.
4. After that, return the steak to the pan, stir with vegetables, then sprinkle with nuts.
5. Meanwhile, mix horseradish with fromage frais together.
6. Serve steak with horseradish cream.
